Fabien LEGER

Fabien develops a tax and corporate expertise with a strong international dimension, which integrates a global economic vision and a transversal approach of the situation of its customers.

He assists managers, private clients, investors, Luxembourgish and foreign companies, as well as investment funds in the structuring and execution of mergers and acquisitions and fundraising operations.

He ensures an important activity of watch and analysis of the risks which positions him very early for the projects, as principal interlocutor, to which he brings his capacity to connect with the other skills of the team in order to enable him to propose concrete and tailor-made solutions.

Fabien began his career at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP where he handled major cross-border transactions. He then joined Deloitte Luxembourg in 2007 as an international consultant specialized in Private Equity transactions for US investment funds.

Corporate M&A Legal Department Partner in a Luxembourg trust company since 2008, he joined in 2015 the law firm Rutsaert Legal, recommended by The Legal 500, as Of Counsel.

Fabien is now Corporate - Tax - M&A Partner at LF BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, a Luxembourg-based company offering a full range of personalized services with high added value in terms of economic consulting, strategy, operational and organizational optimization of structures as well as in project management and corporate administration.

Fabien holds a Master II in Economic Business Law from the University of Orleans and graduated of the Business Law Institute from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He also graduated in Law and International Management from HEC Paris and ESCP-EAP.

Since 2006, as part of his doctoral thesis in law on takeover bids and competitive standards, he is a lecturer in the Master II Business and Tax Law at the University of Orleans and gives lectures in the fields of Private Equity Financing, tax and Luxembourg corporate Law.
